The renewal news came this morning as originating broadcaster CBC renewed the show and unveiled it at its Upfronts.
They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes.

It is produced by Blink49 Studios, Front Street Pictures and Piller/Segan with Michael Konyves as showrunner.
He exec produces alongside Shawn Piller, James Genn, Lloyd Segan, Alexandra Zarowny and James Thorpe.
Produced by Charles Cooper and Virginia Rankin, it is distributed internationally by Fifth Season.
The second season will premiere in winter 2025 on both The CW and CBC and consists of 13 episodes.
