The Hellcat is one of the top CCW guns in the industry.

Thegrip texture is appropriately aggressivewithout making it uncomfortable to conceal.

The internals all look robust.

Shooting a Springfield Armory pistol

Grant has reviewed the Hellcat is several configurations so far, and just tried out the FDE OSP version.

The rear sight allows the Hellcat to be charged by one-handed manipulation.

There are also front serrations and rear serrations to match the all-around great ergonomics of the gun.

Another feature most dont talk about is the stand-off gear at the end of the recoil spring.

This is something many other defensive guns havent even thought about.

Well, you dont have to worry about that with the Hellcat.

The SMSc also has one of the most refined dots I have seen in an optic.

The pistol was topped off with a Shield SMSc red dot optic.

Its very bright and always maintains a crisp clear edge around the dot.

The auto brightening in the SMSc is also top notch and critical for an EDC red dot.

Still Searching

After shooting several video reviews on the Hellcat, I still havent found any complaints.

The gun ran exceptionally well during his test, and Grant really liked the handling and shooting characteristics.

TheSpringfield Hellcat definitely shook up the marketand broke the mold for concealed carry guns.

With advances like the Hellcat, its an exciting time to be a gun enthusiast!
