I dialed my brightness to the mid-range of the available latitude, and it was more than adequately bright.
It was comfortable, unobtrusive, provided co-witness capability with the irons, and was clean to view through.
The vibrant green quality of the dot that Viridian is synonymous with really cant be understated.
The Viridian green dot sight has an ACRO-type mount and comes with a tool that allows you to make adjustments to the point of aim.
In those instances especially, I believe it would be well-suited for their needs.
Testing the RFX45 included extensive shooting at the range. The author found the optic to be extremely reliable and accurate.
The author found the RFX mounted low enough that he could co-witness the factory sights on his Springfield Prodigy.
The author found the glass lens was large and clear. He could not perceive any visual distortions.
Adjustments to the RFX45 were easy using the included tool. The optic does not need to be removed to adjust zero.
The Viridian RFX45 is also suitable for use on a rifle like this SAINT AR-15. A riser is included with the green dot sight.
