Deploying the Springfield Armory 45-degree sights is simple and fast. They snap into position quickly.

For me, the decision was easy I tried out a set of Springfield Armory 45-Degree Flip-Up Sights.

They are made of aircraft-grade aluminum with steel retaining hardware for light weight as well as durability.

Each are priced at $64.99.

The Details

Mounting them up was simple and easy, requiring just a single star wrench.

They were a perfect fit for my SAINT Victor 5.56mm.

One note remember, they dont need to be torqued excessively.

deploying the front sight 45 degree

Deploying the front 45˚ sight is similar to the rear sight. Once it clicks into place, it is rock-solid.

Something like 20 inch pounds or so will keep them solidly in place.

Zeroing the sights is extremely easy since they do not require tools.

Just use the integrated dials/wheels to get your zero.

rear sight aperture

Like typical AR-15 iron sights, the rear sight in the offset sight set uses two aperture sizes to match your needs.

There are several nice touches when it comes to these Springfield offset sights.

On the rear sight, you will get a paddle-style day and night aperture.

For those who dont know what the aperture is, its the rear peep hole you look through.

Testing showed the Springfield offset sights were easy to run and durable enough for competition and duty use.

The smaller peep is for day and the larger is for night or more up-close engagements.

I use this process to ensure my cheekweld and stock controls are right.
