Completed in 1990, theJeddah Lightof Saudi Arabia is the largest lighthouse in the world.
Built in 1900, the Rubjerg Knude lighthouse is just 23 meters tall.
The move took place in 2019 using specially designed rail tracks.

The lighthouse was captured by the Germans during WWII and became an armored fortress.
Moreover, it was regarded as a very important watchpoint for the duration of the German occupation.
