Would you like an example?

Then, we get to the paddles.

A seemingly small aspect, this aspect can be very important.

inforce wild1 weapon light review

In this review of the Inforce WILD1, the author tests the weapon light on aHellcat Proand carried it in a Black ArchRev-Con holster.

Once you do activate the light, there is one function ON.

There is no high, low or strobe controls.

Once on, you get all 500 lumens, every time.

review of the inforce wild 1

Any accessory for your defensive pistol should improve your ability to respond to deadly threats. A good weapon light can do that.

There is something to be said for keeping things simple.

Take for example a typical home with separate and closed-off rooms, hallways and tight corners.

Yes, 500 lumens could technically as well, but it is much less likely.

testing the inforce wild 1 weapon light

When adding a new gun accessory, you should test it on the range to ensure no problems. Here, the author tests the Inforce light with the Hellcat Pro.

Even outside, 500 lumens still gets the job done, unless youre trying to illuminate an open field.

Durability is extremely important for any light, or EDC gear in general for that matter.

With the Inforce WILD1, durability should not be an issue.

paddle switches on the inforce wild1

The author found the paddle serrations were aggressive enough to easily activate the light, without being uncomfortable during long training sessions.

Its constructed out of 6061-T6 aluminum and is waterproof to 66 feet.

Ive shot with it in the rain as well, again with no issues.

Inforce WILD1 Specifications

Here are the specs on the Inforce WILD1 weapon-mounted light.

black arch holster fits hellcat with inforce light

The Rev-Con by Black Arch Holsters accommodates the Hellcat Pro with an attached WILD1.

Once it passed my quick fit and function test, it was range time.

Since I appendix carry, I appreciate as minimal of an increase to overall size as possible.

Unfortunately, not as many holster companies have configurations that include the WILD1 as say the TLR-7A.

brightness of light inside a stairway

At 500 lumens, the WILD1 was bright enough to illuminate your hallway or room without disorienting yourself from reflections off of the walls or doors.

I have noticed more and more companies accommodating it though.

Ive been carrying it in a Rev-Con holster byBlack Archand have really been enjoying it.

For safety purposes, I decided to leave it off for the remainder of the range trip.

shooting a hellcat pro with the inforce attached

The Inforce WILD1 fits almost flush with the end of the Hellcat Pro. The author found it worked well for concealed carry.

The light output from the WILD1 has performed great in low-light.

Ive still been able to use my optic and iron sights easily without the light drowning them out.

You still get that nice spill of light to see all around your target as well.

outdoor illumination demo with the inforce

The shed in this photo is roughly 40′ away. The WILD1 had no problem illuminating the entire shed and surrounding area with a nice spill of light around the main beam.
