Weinstein is at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan.

The New York Court of Appeals vacated his conviction on Thursday.
The vacated sentence erased his 23-year prison sentence and ordered a retrial, which prosecutors say they will undertake.
Aidala said his clients ailments are physical, adding that mentally he is sharp as a tack.
Feet are firmly planted on the ground.
The lawyer said hes scheduled to meet with Weinstein on Monday.
