He then imparted an important lesson to his followers: wear a helmet.
Even with the kids, a short journey, theyve got to wear a helmet.

Its been a brutal week, and Im sort of getting through it, Ramsay said.
But I cannot tell you the importance of wearing a helmet.
Ramsay said hes doing ok and did not break any bones or suffer any major injuries.
But I am a bit bruised up looking like a purple potato.
