Agood holster is a crucial component of anyones everyday carry ensemble.
Not coincidentally, the product I am reviewing today is the aptly-named Crucial Concealment Covert OWB holster.
Lets dive in and take a look!
Looking for a solid Kydex holster for your Hellcat that offers comfortable OWB carry?
With the Kydex Crucial Concealment holster, you have a wide range of adjustment/carry options.
TheHellcat I testedwith the Crucial Concealment Covert OWB holster was a standard FDE model.
The holster does have enough room to accommodate an optic-equipped OSP model if you have one.
The Crucial Concealment Covert OWB holster has numerous adjustment options for customization to your needs.
Most days of carry for me are at my workplace, which is a gun shop.
The Covert OWB, while offering secure retention, has very minimal and unobtrusive dimensions.
Its not overly bulky like many other OWB holsters.
Adam carried the Hellcat in the forward cant position, but there are four different positions from which to choose.
It was a true lifestyle holster I could run with.
Conclusion
So, whats the bottom line?
For this Crucial Concealment holster review, I had the Covert OWB for about 6 weeks.
A large retention adjustment screw allows you to customize the holster’s grasp on your Hellcat.
I was very happy with its performance.
It compares very favorably toother Hellcat holsters for concealed carry.
I would attribute that to me not tightening down the screw enough on the front end.
Priced at an MSRP of $59.99, the Covert OWB is a great option for the 9mm Hellcat owner.
Definitely check it out.
