Police said he is approximately 170cm tall with brown hair and a tanned complexion.
The note added he is known to frequent the Melbourne inner-city suburb of Northcote and surround areas.
Pledger is known for his role as Mason Morgan in Australia soapHome and Awaybetween 2016 and 2019.
He added Pledger had struggled with mental health issues.
