Talking one on one isnt always an option though.

Sometimes you need a nonverbal outlet.

Journaling will give you the chance to let it all out.

This will help you rationalize later on if you experience the same event again.

Its Not All Bad

Its important to remember that not every unexpected event is bad.

So, make a run at avoid dwelling on the negatives, and remember not to react.
